LIVIDITY is my concept for a new movement-based first-person shooter in the same vein as games like Ultrakill and Doom crossed with a Metroidvanian exploration and progression system. In LIVIDITY, the player would assume control of the twenty-sixth president of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt (or possibly his daughter, Alice Lee Roosevelt Longworth, as an optional second player). A monolithic gothic castle, Cor Infernum, has arisen from the fiery pits of Hell, erupting from the center of Washington D.C. As the legion of the night - vampires, demons, and other terrible beasts - descends upon America's people, Theodore Roosevelt is called upon by the Goddess Columbia to venture into the fortress and drive the infernal horde back into the abyss.
